BED 2025 Tickets sales are live.

PLEASE take a moment to read these very important words:

When you purchase your tickets the legal name you give MUST match the govt ID you will present when you check in at the event. If the legal name used to purchase your tickets and the ID you present don’t match, it will cause serious check-in delays and possibly denied entry with no refund to the event.
 
If you purchase a ticket for someone else PLEASE give their legal name. If you give your legal name on additional tickets, you are required to update/change it to their name on the Sunday before the Event start date. 

Please, triple check the email address you provide when you purchase your ticket/s. If you are purchasing a ticket for someone else, please give us their email address if possible. We use these to communicate about class surveys, event changes, and provide updates and announcements.

If you purchase more than 1 ticket but you only provide us with 1 email address ALL notifications for ALL tickets purchased in that group will (only) go to THAT email address, so PLEASE forward all emails you get to the other ticketholders and make sure they are in the know too.

You MUST check in during normal registration hours. We will NOT be able to register anyone outside of normal registration hours.

5pm – 7pm

Friday 4/18
3pm – 8pm

Saturday 4/19
830am – 5pm

Sunday 4/20
9am – 3pm

TICKET TRANSFERS

Ticket Transfers

Tickets are non-refundable. However, they are transferable. Ticket Transfers are allowed until April 1st, 2025 and all class information associated with that ticket will transfer as well. 

If the deadline has passed, we will not be processing any more requests for transfers.

While we encourage people to transfer their tickets if they can’t use them, it is a private deal between the people involved in the transfer. We will not get involved to help clear up any interpersonal ticket challenges or disputes. NO REFUNDS.

Deadline for transfers is April 1st, 2025

No transfers will be accepted after this date.

T-shirts & Hoodies

T-Shirts & Hoodies are available for pre-sale ONLY. We will NOT have additional shirts available for purchase at the event. T-shirts are $30 per shirt for standard sizes (sizes Small-XL) and $35 for extended sizes (sizes 2XL – 4XL). Hoodies are $60 per item for standard sizes (sizes Small-XL) and $65 for extended sizes (sizes 2XL – 4XL). All t-shirts & hoodies will be available for pickup at Registration on Friday after 3pm and Saturday from 9am to 5pm. Any shirts or hoodies not pickup by Saturday,  will be resold or donated for funds towards future events.
